Run It — Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Run It is a pickup-basketball organizer. We collect the minimum needed to run your leagues and nothing more.

What we collect

• Account: your Apple sign-in identifier and, if you share it, your name.
• Profile: height and weight, if you choose to enter them.
• League activity: the leagues you join, your RSVPs, game results, and player ratings. Ratings you submit about other players are stored and only ever shown to others as aggregates.
• Push token: a device token if you enable notifications.

What we don't do

• No ads, no trackers, no third-party analytics.
• We never sell or share your data with anyone.
• No location tracking.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon, hosted in the United States) and served through Cloudflare. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

Who can see what

Members of a league can see your name, height, weight, rating, and game record within that league. Your individual ratings of other players are private; only averaged results are visible.

Deleting your data

Delete your account any time in the app: You → settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
